Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the makeup ai mobile application (the "App") provided by Tech Nuttiez OPC Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
3. License to use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent that such restrictions are prohibited by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by interfering with its normal operation, attempting to access it using a method other than the interface we provide, or using it in violation of any applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The App and its content — including tutorials, text, graphics, illustrations, the "Mira" mascot and other characters, logos, and the makeup ai name — are owned by or licensed to Tech Nuttiez OPC Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. All character faces and personas in the App are original creations and are not intended to depict any real person. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or content except as necessary to use the App.
6. Your content
Looks you save and choices you make within the App are yours and are stored on your device. We do not claim ownership of them.
7. Beauty content is informational only
Tutorials, product references, and tips in the App are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not professional, medical, dermatological, or cosmetic advice. Everyone's skin is different — always patch-test products, follow product manufacturers' instructions, and discontinue use if you experience irritation or a reaction. You use techniques and products at your own risk.
8. Third-party products and brands
The App may reference makeup products, brands, or shades to illustrate a look. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those brands, and we are not responsible for third-party products or their availability, quality, or safety. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Nuttiez OPC Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App (which, for a free app, is zero).
11. Apple App Store terms
These Terms are between you and Tech Nuttiez OPC Private Limited only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list, and that you will comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless data agreement) when using the App.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the App, or your access to it, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection laws grant you rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
